I just wanted to send an email saying how impressed I was with your service. I ordered a pair of glasses and a sunhat yesterday afternoon and got the email saying my order had been placed. SEVEN MINUTES later I got an email saying it was dispatched and the goods arrived this morning at 8am.
AMAZING! I was so impressed with your company and your service I really wanted to let you know. Also, the hat and glasses are ADORABLE.

I recently had contact with an employee at your company due to a faulty pair of earmuffs that I had purchased online from you last year. I was so pleased to find that they could be replaced.

Thank you very, very much for getting our order of the earmuffs and sunglasses sent to us so quickly.
The earmuffs were a hit at WOMAD over the weekend. We got heaps of queries as to where we got them.
They certainly had Ella's (our wee girl) seal of approval, and got ours. And she'll have them for a few more WOMAD festivals yet!
WOMAD was an awesome weekend of good weather, fine foods and great music. But it was better knowing Ella's wee ears were protected.

The twins have their glasses on all the time and when we went shopping we had SO MANY people ask about the sunglasses.
