Returned items:
If any goods reach you with a manufacturing defect, or you wish to return an item to us for any other reason, simply return the goods to us within 14 days to:

Please phone us on 09 521-5795 or e-mail us at returns to advise us and we will replace or refund your purchase as soon as we receive it.
Replacements will be made once the goods are returned. By advising us that you are returning goods we can look out for them.
Refunds:
If an order fails to reach you or arrives in a faulty condition due to manufacturing defects you can choose to have a full refund rather than receiving a replacement. In this case please contact us at refunds or by phone on 09 521-5795, and we will arrange to refund your purchase in full.
Replacements:
If you have any queries about colours or sizing before purchase, please contact us at enquiries - it pays to "measure twice - buy once". However, if you do have a change of mind about the colour or size of your purchase and wish to return it, we are happy to exchange your purchase for another product or refund your payment. Please ensure the labels are intact then contact us on 09 521-5795 or by e-mail at returns.
Delivery Options:
You choose either postal or courier delivery within New Zealand - we offer flat rates for both.
If you choose NZ Post Standard Delivery the rate is $5.50 per order.
If you choose Courier Delivery the flat rate is $6.85 per order.
While we welcome overseas customers, we ship within New Zealand only.
Delivery Time:
Generally our postal shipments arrive in two to eight business days. To ensure speedy delivery, please check your shipping address before you confirm your order.
Undelivered items:
Please allow a minimum of eight business days for your order to arrive. In the unlikely event that your purchase is lost in transit, please contact us at enquiries and we will replace or refund your order immediately.
We will also commence a search via New Zealand Post and would appreciate your co-operation by your completing and returning any forms New Zealand Post send you.
