Confirmation of order
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail to let you know your order has been received. We will then e-mail you again when your order has been dispatched.
Out of Stock
While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we may run out of popular items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered we'll e-mail you as soon as possible to let you know when it will be available.
Cancelling An Order
Orders for in-stock items are processed immediately and normally shipped within 24 hours from the time your order is placed. Therefore, in-stock items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
